All UNIQA pieces are carefully prepared and packed by hand in Dubai.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

UAE Delivery

Standard delivery across the UAE
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days 
Tracking information is provided after dispatch

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times and customs processing may vary depending on country regulations.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

As each UNIQA pieces is handmade and prepared individually, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

If you experience aqny issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
